Mwalimu Nyota
Co-Founder & Executive President
Mwalimu Nyota is a visionary leader, dedicated to helping individuals, businesses, and institutions discover their God-given purpose and build sustainable wealth founded on Kingdom principles.
He brings over a decade of experience in the banking industry, spanning Business Operations and Regulatory Compliance, combining financial expertise, legal insight, and Kingdom leadership in his approach to wealth creation and organizational transformation.
He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Pastor at Reconciliation at the Cross Ministry, and the author of God is Not Broke, a foundational Kingdom wealth-building book that teaches Biblical principles of stewardship, financial wisdom, and purposeful wealth creation.
He is passionate about raising leaders who integrate faith, excellence, and strategy in business and life, and believes that purpose and wealth are complementary callings designed to glorify God and transform society.
Mutethya Nyota
Co-Founder & CEO
Mutethya Nyota is an author, and purpose mentor dedicated to helping individuals discover, embrace, and faithfully execute their God-given purpose.
She serves as a Pastor at Reconciliation at the Cross Ministry, where she also leads the Ministry's Outreach Missions arm, overseeing evangelism and community transformation initiatives that extend the ministry's impact beyond the pulpit into society.
She is the author of Say Yes and Made for More, books that inspire individuals to respond to God's calling with faith, courage, and conviction. She is also the founder of Dream Squad Global, a growth and accountability community that empowers young women to deepen their relationship with God, align with their purpose, and confidently pursue their dreams.
She is passionate about raising purpose-driven leaders who live with clarity, conviction, and spiritual alignment, and believes that every God-given purpose carries the potential to transform generations.
Together, Mwalimu and Mutethya Nyota lead Purpose & Wealth Group as a Kingdom-driven institution dedicated to helping individuals and organizations discover purpose and build sustainable wealth through faith, wisdom, and structured execution.
